We pledge to treat all individuals who file grievances with impartiality and respect, fully adhering to our non-retaliation policy.
In the rare event that an employee believes their grievance has not been appropriately resolved, our Managing Director (MD) is readily available to provide additional support and intervention. We are resolute in our mission to cultivate and sustain a workplace that is safe, respectful, and inclusive for every member of our team.
