In order to facilitate the recruitment of Nepalese manpower, foreign employers are required to engage licensed agencies that are officially registered under the Department of Labor in Nepal. These authorized agencies serve as intermediaries between foreign employers and potential Nepalese employees. Once a foreign employer provides an authenticated demand for manpower to one of these licensed agencies, the agency, such as The Center Overseas, initiates the recruitment process. This entails applying to the Director General of the Labor Department, the primary governmental authority responsible for overseeing and regulating the activities of recruitment agencies in Nepal. The Labor Department plays a pivotal role in supervising and monitoring the recruitment process, ensuring it aligns with established regulations and standards. It is also responsible for granting permission for the placement of the recruited manpower. To secure this permission, The Center Overseas, like other recruitment agencies, must submit a comprehensive set of authenticated documents to the Labor Department for their evaluation and approval. This meticulous process ensures that all recruitment activities adhere to legal requirements and promote fairness and transparency in the hiring of Nepalese workers for overseas employment.
